First of all you need to sign Up on Weebly.com ys this is the website which provide you to create websites in just minutes however you can do it also from other sites like Wix.com Wordpress.com and if you are interested in blogging you can use blogger.

1. After signing up you have to choose a name of your website, then you have to choose a template remember your template should be such that it should be Catchy and easily can be navigated.

2. Create or start typing your blog or your content on the pages that are provided by weebly by choosing your desired fonts and you will get a lot of options of creativity choose them and make your website more awesome.

3. After writing your content put on some images in your website like what your website is related to use Non Copyrighted images or weebly may suspend your website.

4. After this all is done weebly may ask you for privacy policy about us page you will need to create them and write carefully and clearly it should speak about your terms what your website contains etc.

5. When all the things are ready you can publish your website or blog and your site will be hosted at weebly it will be in a sub domain like www.example.weebly.com
not your own domain (top level domain) so to do that you may have to buy a domain .but if you don't want there is no problem.
